Experience / Skills:

System Engineering

• worked with the Polysius Engineers in the plant automation networking erection and commissionin (for the Pasig Finish Milling & Teresa Kiln Line)
• system programming of plant drives and interlocking, mathematical functions programming to calculate plant parameter variables and other complex functions
• optimizing and maintaining high-level control and automation of the operation plant promoting process improvement
• maintaining the logic programs and database of the POLCID DC (Polysius Integrated Desk Digital Control) system. Makes regular backups and checks to ensure security & integrity of the system
• enhanced all the POLCID DC plant diagrams using the Polcid Picture Editor (Picted)
• mathematical logic programming of drives using the Siemens Simatic S5 & S7 hybrid programming
